These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Axelis platform and its apps. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the service, or using it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The apps

The platform gives you access to a growing set of apps. Some are live and some are marked coming soon. We may add, change, or discontinue apps and features, and access to a live app is granted when you request it from your dashboard.

4. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Axelis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
